Garlic confit

I am going to show you how to make easy Garlic confit with just 3 ingredients. This recipe is so good that you can use it on a toast or any other dish. All you need to do is baked garlic with olive oil until garlic get golden brown. Let it cool.

Ingredients
  

  • 3 heads garlic
  • 1,2 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 bay leafs

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven at 90ºC
  • Prepare the garlic by separating it and peel the cloves.
  • Add garlic with olive oil and bay leaf into the casserole dish.
  • Slow roast the garlic in the oven for around 2 hours at 90ºC or until garlic get brown but not burn.
  • Let it coll down, then transfer into the glass jar.
