This recipe of Vegan Glazed Oven Roasted Carrots is just so tasty and so easy to make. Carrots are baked in oven cover with sweet glaze made from olive oil, rice syrup and seasoning. This recipe is a perfect as a side dish or great appetizer.

Ingredients
  

  • 8 large Carrots
  • 3 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Rice syrup
  • Salt & Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven at 200C
  • Wash really good your carrots from dirt.

  • In a small bowl, combine olive oil with rice syrup, salt and pepper.
  • Spread the mixture over all carrot sand let it baked at 180C for 15 minutes then toss them and roast 10 more minutes until soften and caramelized.
  • Top carrots with some parsley and the glaze.
