This Vegan Green pasta salad is so tasty and easy to make. Homemade green pesto from spinach, garlic is so dedicates and nutritional yeast bring a cheese flavor. This dish is perfect for warm summer wetter. Plus, it has nutrition from all green goodness.

Ingredients
  

Green Pesto

  • 1 cup Spinach 
  • 1 small Garlic
  • 2 tbsp Nutritional yeast
  • 1 tbsp  Chili flakes
  • 3 tbsp  Olive oil
  • Salt

Green pasta salad

  • 400 gram Pasta
  • 1 cup Arugula
  • 1 medium Scallions
  • 1 small Onion
  • 1/2 cup Vegan Feta
  • 2 tbsp Pine nuts

Instructions
 

  • For Green pesto place in mixer all ingredients, spinach, pressed garlic, nutritionalyeast, chili flakes, salt and pour over olive oil. Mix until you get a creamy consistence. Then set on side.
  • Cook your pasta as long as instruction on the package say, for Al dente.
  • In a large bowl, place pasta with green pesto and let everything good combine.
  • In bowl add arugula, sliced scallions, onion, green pasta, vegan feta cheese and top with some pine nuts.
  • Enjoy!
