In small bowl add Sweet potato with 1 tbsp Olive oil Salt & 1 tbsp Turmeric powder. Mix well until everything combine, then add sweet potato on your baking sheet.
In another bowl add sliced zucchini and leek, add olive oil, and season with garlic powder, salt & pepper. Mix well and add to baking sheet.
Sliced halloumi and place them in the middle of baking sheet. Season them with Garlic powder, honey, salt & pepper. Add sliced onion with garlic on the baking sheet and baked for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
Meanwhile, in your bowl add arugula with chickpeas then add cooked sweet potatoes, leek, zucchini, halloumi cheese.
