- 1 cup Oats
- 1 cup milk plante-based
- 3 tbsp rice syrup
- 2 tbsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp butter vegan
- pinch of sea salt
In a small sauce pot, combine oats with milk, add rice syrup with cinnamon and pinch of salt.
Bing to boiled, then turn the heat on lower and let cooked for 10 minutes.
Two minutes before the end time, add one tbsp vegan butter and let slowly melt.
Eat warm oatmeal immediately, with your favorite topping like peanut butter, sunflower seeds or some Goji berry.
