Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Oats
  • 1 cup milk plante-based
  • 3 tbsp rice syrup
  • 2 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp butter vegan
  • pinch of sea salt

Instructions
 

  • In a small sauce pot, combine oats with milk, add rice syrup with cinnamon and pinch of salt. 
  • Bing to boiled, then turn the heat on lower and let cooked for 10 minutes. 
  • Two minutes before the end time, add one tbsp vegan butter and let slowly melt.
  • Eat warm oatmeal immediately, with your favorite topping like peanut butter, sunflower seeds or some Goji berry.
