Today, I’m excited to share a recipe that has become a staple in my dessert repertoire: High Protein Ferrero Ice Cream. Not only is this treat incredibly satisfying and delicious, but it’s also packed with nutritional benefits, making it a perfect guilt-free indulgence.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 can Chickpeas drained and frozen overnight
  • 1/4 cup Maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup Plant-based milk
  • 1 spoon Protein powder
  • 8 pieces Ferrero Rocher chocolates
  • 50 g Dark chocolate

Instructions
 

  • Drain a can of chickpeas, spread them on a baking sheet, and freeze overnight.
  • In a blender, combine the frozen chickpeas, maple syrup, oat milk, protein powder, 5 Ferrero Rocher chocolates, and the chopped dark chocolate. Blend until the mixture is smooth and thick.
  • Pour the blended mixture into a container. Break the remaining 3 Ferrero Rocher chocolates into pieces and sprinkle them over the top.
  • Allow the ice cream to set in the freezer for about 1 to 2 hours, until it reaches a scoopable consistency.
  • Enjoy your high-protein Ferrero ice cream as a delicious and indulgent treat!
