Drain a can of chickpeas, spread them on a baking sheet, and freeze overnight.
In a blender, combine the frozen chickpeas, maple syrup, oat milk, protein powder, 5 Ferrero Rocher chocolates, and the chopped dark chocolate. Blend until the mixture is smooth and thick.
Pour the blended mixture into a container. Break the remaining 3 Ferrero Rocher chocolates into pieces and sprinkle them over the top.
Allow the ice cream to set in the freezer for about 1 to 2 hours, until it reaches a scoopable consistency.
