- 3 tbsp Cottage cheese
- 4 medium Strawberries
Blueberries toast
- 1 Toast
- 3 tbsp Cottage cheese

Banana toast

- 2 tbsp Cashew butter
- 1 small Banana
- 1 tbsp Cinnamon
Humus Toast
- 1 toast
- 3 tbsp Hummus
- 1 small Avocado
Avocado Toast
- 1 toast
- 1 small Avocado
- 1 larg Egg
Seeds toast
- 1 toast
- 3 tbsp Hummus
- 1/2 cup Sunflower seeds or hemp seeds

Heat an oil on pan then add egg and let cooked a medium heatto make a nice fried egg.
Meanwhile, place avocado on toast, add salt & pepper andon top add your fried egg.
