Ingredients
  

  • 1 sheet Puff Pastry
  • 1/4 cup Butter
  • 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Ground Cinnamon

Icing

  • 1 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 2/3 tbsp Water

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Lay out the puff pastry on a clean surface. Brush 1/4 cup of melted butter generously over the surface of the puff pastry.
  • In a small bowl, combine 1/2 cup brown sugar with 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon. Mix them well. Spread the cinnamon sugar mixture evenly over the buttered puff pastry.
  • Carefully roll the puff pastry into a log, ensuring the filling stays inside. Cut the rolled pastry into equal-sized rings, about an inch thick.
  • Place the sliced rolls on a baking sheet, leaving some space between each for expansion. Brush additional melted butter on top of each roll and sprinkle with more cinnamon sugar, if desired.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes or until they are cooked through and golden brown.
  • While the rolls are baking, mix 1 cup powdered sugar with 2-3 tablespoons of water in a bowl. Stir until you achieve a creamy, smooth texture. Once the rolls are out of the oven and still hot, drizzle or spread the creamy icing over them.
  • Allow the cinnamon rolls to cool slightly but enjoy them warm for the best experience.
