This Vegan Jack fruit salad is my lately obsession. The combination of Jack fruit with sweet peach and crunchy green beans is so tasty. This recipe is great for hot summer days. Plus, Jack fruit has great healthy benefits for our body.

In pan heat olive oil, add Jack fruit, green beans sliced peach, soy sauce, pressed garlic and chopped onion. Simmer around 5 to 10 minutes.
