In a large bowl, combine all your dry ingredients and mix them together until combine.
Add milk, oil, and lemon juice and mix well. Be free to use mixer if you like.
Spray a little of oil in baking form then pour over dough and let baked for 45 to 50 minutes until the cake is golden brown and a toothpick comes out mostly clean.

In a small bowl add powder sugar and slowly start to add lemon juice and mix all together until you get creamy icing.
