1 cup Cucumber 1 cup Tomato 1/2 cup Chickpeas 2 cups Lamb‘s lettuce 1 Red onion 1 pacage Vegan burger I used brand Beyond meat Dressing 2 tbsp olive oil 1 tbsp Soy sauce 1 tbsp Mustard 1 cloves Garlic pressed 1 drop Tabasco
Sliced all veggies in small.
In pan heat an oil, add vegan burger and fry around 4 minutes from each side.
In a mason jar, start to make layers from your salad.
Add cucumber, tomatoes, chickpeas, salad, red onion and top with a sliced burger.
