Matcha mini donuts

These Vegan Matcha mini donuts are gluten-free, dairy free and taste so delicious. With just a few ingredients, you can make these mini donuts at home and enjoy the creamy matcha glaze on top.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Almond flour
  • 1 tbsp Baking powder
  • 1/3 cup Rice syrup
  • 1/3 cup Oat milk
  • Salt

Matcha glaze

  • 3 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1/3 cup Powder sugar
  • 1 tbsp Matcha powder

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven at 200C
  • In food processor, add all ingredients for the dough.(Almond flour, Baking powder, rice syrup, oat milk, salt) Mix well until all ingredients combine.
  • In baking donut form add a bitt of oil then pour carefully the donut dough into each donut.
  • Let it baked for 10–15 minutes at 180C.

Matcha glaze

  • In a small bowl add powder sugar, with a lemon juice and mix well until you get a thick consistence.
  • Set half of the icing on the side and in the other half add matcha powder and mix well.
  • Dip each donut into the icing you can make half of the donuts with white and half with green matcha icing.
  • Place all donuts in the fridge for 15 minutes, or until the icing set.
  • Enjoy.
