Matcha mini donuts
These Vegan Matcha mini donuts are gluten-free, dairy free and taste so delicious. With just a few ingredients, you can make these mini donuts at home and enjoy the creamy matcha glaze on top.

1 cup Almond flour 1 tbsp Baking powder 1/3 cup Rice syrup 1/3 cup Oat milk Salt Matcha glaze 3 tbsp Lemon juice 1/3 cup Powder sugar 1 tbsp Matcha powder
Preheat the oven at 200C
In food processor, add all ingredients for the dough.(Almond flour, Baking powder, rice syrup, oat milk, salt) Mix well until all ingredients combine.
In baking donut form add a bitt of oil then pour carefully the donut dough into each donut.
Let it baked for 10–15 minutes at 180C.
Matcha glaze In a small bowl add powder sugar, with a lemon juice and mix well until you get a thick consistence.
Set half of the icing on the side and in the other half add matcha powder and mix well.
Dip each donut into the icing you can make half of the donuts with white and half with green matcha icing.
Place all donuts in the fridge for 15 minutes, or until the icing set.
