Ingredients
  

Peanut dressing

  • 1 tbsp Peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp Tahini
  • 1 tbsp Chili flakes
  • 1 tbsp Chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1 Garlic
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Sesame oil

Noodle bowl

  • 400 g Noodle
  • 1/2 small Red cabbage
  • 1 cup  Edamame
  • 1 small  Cucumber
  • 2 Radish
  • 1 Scallions
  • 1 tbsp Chili
  • Cilantro

Instructions
 

Dressing

  • Ina small bowl, combine all ingredients for dressing and  mix until everything smooth.

Noodle bowl

  • Cooked noodle in salt water (see the time instruction on the package)
  • Sliced red cabbage and cucumber in smaller pieces.
  • In bowl place red cabbage, cucumber, edamame, radish, scallions. Pour over the peanut butter dressing and top with chili and cilantro.
  • Enjoy!
