Peanut dressing 1 tbsp Peanut butter 1 tbsp Tahini 1 tbsp Chili flakes 1 tbsp Chili sauce 1 tbsp Honey 1 Garlic 1 tbsp Soy sauce 1 tbsp Sesame oil Noodle bowl 400 g Noodle 1/2 small Red cabbage 1 cup Edamame 1 small Cucumber 2 Radish 1 Scallions 1 tbsp Chili Cilantro
Noodle bowl Cooked noodle in salt water (see the time instruction on the package)
Sliced red cabbage and cucumber in smaller pieces.
In bowl place red cabbage, cucumber, edamame, radish, scallions. Pour over the peanut butter dressing and top with chili and cilantro.
