Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Vegan yogurt
  • 1/4 cup Olives black or green
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 2 Bread rolls
  • A handful Lamb's lettuce

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the vegan yogurt, finely chopped olives, and minced garlic.
  • Season the mixture with salt and pepper according to your taste. Mix well until all the ingredients are well combined.
  • Take the bottom half of the bread roll and generously spread the yogurt and olive mixture over it.
  • Carefully place a layer of Lamb's lettuce over the spread.
  • Top with the other half of the bread roll.
  • Enjoy
