I find overnight oats one of the best breakfast. It's easy to make so nutrition and dedicates. This recipe is my ultimate breakfast saver.

1 cup Oats 1 cup Yogurt 2 cups plant-based milk 1 tbsp Honey 1/2 tbsp Flax seeds Fruit
In a large bowl add oats with milk, yogurt, honey and flaxseeds. Mix really well.
In jar glass on the ground add your fruit then add oatsmixture on top add fruit of your choose with nut butter, closed place in fridgeand let sit 3 hours or overnight.
