Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup flourof your choice
  • 1/2 cup plant-based milk
  • 2 tbsp baking powder
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar

Optional

  • 1/2 tbsp vanillaextract

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients in your blender, and mix till allcombine and make a ticker dough
  • Heat your pan with a 1 tbsp coconut oil (if you have nosticking pan, you don't need to use any oil)
  • Pour a small amount of dough on the pan making a small ringsand let it fry, when the underside is golden and bubblesbegin to appear on the surface, flip pancakes with a spatula and cook untilgolden. 
  • Serve immediately with maple syrup andfruit on top.
