Pineapple cup

This Pineapple cup is a perfect recipe for breakfast to-go. You can make it one night before a place in the fridge and next day just grab it and go. You get nutrition from pineapple, yogurt and puffed quinoa. Plus, I make it with some extra white chocolate for topping. For everyone who loves chocolate, so let's make together this tasty pineapple cup.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup Puffed quinoa
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1/2 cup Pineapple
  • 3 tbsp White chocolate

Instructions
 

  • Melt white chocolate in double boiler or use microwave.
  • In Jar add Greek yogurt, puffed quinoa, one tbsp of honey and mix well. Then add sliced Pineapple and pour over white chocolate.
  • Place in fridge at least for 1 hour or overnight.
  • Enjoy
