Arrange mini cupcake linerson a plate or fill a mini cupcake pan with the liners, if you have one. Melt the chocolate in a double boiler or in the microwave.
Fill the bottom of each cup with 1 teaspoon of the melted chocolate.
Add a small spoon of Pistachio butter in the middle, then top it with another teaspoon of the chocolate.
Sprinkle a some Pistachio nuts on top.
Freeze Pistachio cup around 30 minutes or till they are set.
