Pistachio cups

Pistachio cups recipe is so delicate. The combination of dark chocolate with a creamy pistachio butter and crunchy pistachio on top is just the perfect recipe for any time.

Ingredients
  

  • 400 gram Dark Chocolate
  • 1 cup Pistachio butter
  • Pistachios fresh

Instructions
 

  • Arrange mini cupcake linerson a plate or fill a mini cupcake pan with the liners, if you have one. Melt the chocolate in a double boiler or in the microwave.
  • Fill the bottom of each cup with 1 teaspoon of the melted chocolate.
  • Add a small spoon of Pistachio butter in the middle, then top it with another teaspoon of the chocolate.
  • Sprinkle a some Pistachio nuts on top.
  • Freeze Pistachio cup around 30 minutes or till they are set.

Tip:
Store them in the refrigerator and enjoy this treat up to 3 weeks.
