Ingredients
  

  • Pizza dough
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 5-8 sliced salami
  • 1-2 tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp pesto sauce

Instructions
 

  • Start by heating your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Take your pizza dough and roll it out on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Drizzle 1 tablespoon of olive oil over the dough. Spread it evenly with your hands or a brush. Fold the dough in half to make a semi-circle. Press down gently. Brush the top with another tablespoon of olive oil.
  • Put it in the oven and bake for about 10-15 minutes, or until it starts to turn golden brown.
  • Take the semi-cooked dough out, open it up, and layer on 1 cup of mozzarella, salami slices, tomato slices, and then another 1/2 cup of your choice of cheese. Drizzle the pesto sauce over the top. Return it to the oven for another 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Let it cool for a minute, slice it up, and serve. Enjoy your homemade pizza sandwich!
