  • 2 cups Raspberry frozen
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp rice syrup

Instructions
 

  • Put Raspberry with chia seeds and rice syrup in a pan and let cooked for 10 minutes then set aside to cool completely.
  • Place in the jar and enjoy anytime with a toast.
