Ingredients
  

Red beet burger

  • 1 cup Oats
  • 1 can Beans
  • 1 cup Red beet cooked
  • 1/2 cup Cilantro
  • 1 Garlic 
  • 1 Red pepper powder

Red beet Dressing

  • 1/2 cup Red beet cooked
  • 1 Garlic
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp Vegan mayo
  • Salt & Pepper
  • 1/2 cup Cilantro

Burger

  • 4 sliced Vegan cheese
  • 2 Buns
  • 1 small Avocado
  • 1 cup Lettuce

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven at 180º C.
  • In food processor add Oats and mix well then add beans, Red beet, Cilantro, Salt &Pepper, Garlic and Red pepper powder. Mix all ingredients well, if needed you can add more oats flour. 
  • Use your hands to form hamburgers patties. Place them on baking sheets and let it bake 15 minutes at 180 ºC or until the edges are crispy and slightly browned.
  • Meanwhile, make a dressing. In food processor add red beet with garlic and mix until everything combine then add Greek yogurt,cilantro, vegan mayo, Salt & Pepper and mix one more time.
  • On each hamburger place one vegan cheese sliced add Buns next to the hamburgers and let it baked 5 more minutes.
  • On top buns spread vegan mayo, on the button buns add red beet dressing, then add baked beet hamburger patties, red onion, lettuce,avocado, Salt & Pepper and cover with the top of the buns
  • Enjoy
