This Red beet burger is a perfect Vegan alternative for a meat burger. Red beet give a beautiful red color touch and with a red beet dressing and avocado is this burger so dedicates.

In food processor add Oats and mix well then add beans, Red beet, Cilantro, Salt &Pepper, Garlic and Red pepper powder. Mix all ingredients well, if needed you can add more oats flour.
Use your hands to form hamburgers patties. Place them on baking sheets and let it bake 15 minutes at 180 ºC or until the edges are crispy and slightly browned.
Meanwhile, make a dressing. In food processor add red beet with garlic and mix until everything combine then add Greek yogurt,cilantro, vegan mayo, Salt & Pepper and mix one more time.
On each hamburger place one vegan cheese sliced add Buns next to the hamburgers and let it baked 5 more minutes.
On top buns spread vegan mayo, on the button buns add red beet dressing, then add baked beet hamburger patties, red onion, lettuce,avocado, Salt & Pepper and cover with the top of the buns
