Ingredients
  

  • 2 ripe kiwis peeled and chopped
  • 1 tbsp Sea Moss gel
  • 1 cup plant-based milk
  • 1 banana fresh or frozen
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup

Optional

  • 1 tbsp spirulina
  • Ice cubes

Instructions
 

  • In a blender, add the chopped kiwis, Sea Moss gel, plant-based milk, ripe banana, andoptional maple syrup or agave nectar. Blend on high speed until all the ingredients arewell combined and smooth.
  • If desired, add a few ice cubes to the blender and blend again until the smoothie ischilled and frothy.
  • Taste the smoothie and adjust the sweetness or thickness by adding more maple syrup/agave nectar or plant-based milk, if needed.
  • Pour the kiwi smoothie into glasses and serve immediately. You can garnish with kiwislices or a sprinkle of chia seeds if you like.
