Ingredients
  

  • 2 tbsp Sea moss gel
  • 2 tbsp Peanut butter
  • 1 banana fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup Ice cubes

Instructions
 

  • In a blender, combine the Sea Moss gel, peanut butter, ripe banana, almond milk,maple syrup or agave nectar (if using), and vanilla extract.Blend on high speed until all the ingredients are well combined and the smoothie iscreamy and smooth. If you prefer a thicker smoothie, you can add a few ice cubes andblend again until desired consistency is reached.
  • Taste the smoothie and adjust the sweetness if needed. If you‘d like it sweeter, addmore maple syrup or agave nectar and blend again.
  • Pour the smoothie into a glass and serve immediately. You can garnish with somecrushed peanuts or a drizzle of peanut butter if desired.
