Ingredients
  

Tahini Dressing

  • 2 tbsp Tahini
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 Garlic
  • 1 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Nutrition yeast
  • Salt & Pepper

Lentil salad

  • 1 cup Red lentil
  • 1 cup Arugula
  • 2 medium Carrots 
  • 1 cup Edamame
  • 1/2 cup Sprouts
  • 2 medium Scallions

Instructions
 

Tahini Dressing

  • Mix all ingredients for dressing until its combine.

Lentil salad

  • Cooked red lentil in water around 10 minutes. Then set on the side.
  • Grated carrots in food processor or in a hand.
  • In bowl add Arugula, Carrots, Edamame, cooked Red lentil, Sprouts, Scallions
    and pour over tahini dressing.
  • Enjoy
