Swiss Chard soup

This Swiss chard soup is great to make anytime. Combinationof potato with beautiful dark green color of chard make this soup tasteamazing.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 medium Swiss Chard
  • 1 medium leek
  • 2 large potatoes
  • 1/2 cup parsley
  • 1 medium onion red
  • 1 small garlic
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 700 ml Vegetables stock
  • Salt & Pepper

Instructions
 

  • First, sliced and wash your vegetables. Peel and cutpotatoes in square, sliced leek, onion in ring and chopped parsley.
  • In large sauce pot heat butter, add onion and simmer till onion soften around 2-3 minutes then pressed garlic and mix all together.
  • Add leek, chard, potatoes, parsley, and pour over vegetablesstock. Bring to boil then turn the heat in low and cooked 20 minutes or tillpotatoes are cooked.
  • Serve immediately with some hemp seeds on top.
