First, sliced and wash your vegetables. Peel and cutpotatoes in square, sliced leek, onion in ring and chopped parsley.
In large sauce pot heat butter, add onion and simmer till onion soften around 2-3 minutes then pressed garlic and mix all together.
Add leek, chard, potatoes, parsley, and pour over vegetablesstock. Bring to boil then turn the heat in low and cooked 20 minutes or tillpotatoes are cooked.
