This vegan Taco soup is so tasty. Combination of beans with colorful vegetables is so yummy. This soup is really one of my favorite healthy comfort dish.

Prep your veggies: sliced onion in small pieces. Red, Green and Yellow Peppers sliced inbig squares. Sliced tomato in smaller pieces.
In wok heat olive oil, add onion and simmer for 3 minutes until onion soften but don’t get brown color. Add Navy beans, kidney beans, tomato, red, yellow green pepper, tomato sauce, season with turmeric, red pepper powder, salt, pepper, chiliflakes. Add juice from lime and pour over vegetables stock. Bring everything toboil then turn heat on medium and let it cooked 15 to 20 minutes.
Enjoy withsome jalapeños, lime, and tortilla chips on top.
