Tomato pasta salad

This Tomato pasta salad is so tasty and has a nice Mediterranean touch. Combination of pasta with tomato and black olives is just the best with light balsamic dressing. This recipe is easy and in 15 minutes ready.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Pasta of Your Choice
  • 1 cup Tomatoes
  • 1 medium Red onion
  • 1/2 cup Black olive
  • Parsley
  • Pine nuts

Dressing

  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Nutritional yeast
  • 1 tbsp Balsamic
  • Salt & Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Cooked your pasta in salt water, so long as the instruction say on the package.
  • Meanwhile, sliced tomatoes and onion in small squares. Black olive sliced in half and parsley chopped fine.
  • For your dressing, combine olive oil with nutritional yeast, balsamic and season with salt & pepper.
  • In your bowl add cooked pasta, tomatoes, red onion, black olive parsley pour over dressing and top with some pine nuts.
  • Enjoy
