This Tomato pasta salad is so tasty and has a nice Mediterranean touch. Combination of pasta with tomato and black olives is just the best with light balsamic dressing. This recipe is easy and in 15 minutes ready.

2 cups Pasta of Your Choice 1 cup Tomatoes 1 medium Red onion 1/2 cup Black olive Parsley Pine nuts Dressing 2 tbsp Olive oil 1 tbsp Nutritional yeast 1 tbsp Balsamic Salt & Pepper
Cooked your pasta in salt water, so long as the instruction say on the package.
Meanwhile, sliced tomatoes and onion in small squares. Black olive sliced in half and parsley chopped fine.
For your dressing, combine olive oil with nutritional yeast, balsamic and season with salt & pepper.
In your bowl add cooked pasta, tomatoes, red onion, black olive parsley pour over dressing and top with some pine nuts.
