1 cup Coconut flakes 1/2 cup Almond flour 4 tbsp Coconut oil 1/2 cup Erythritol 1 tbsp Vanilla extract pinch of sea salt
In water bath, melt coconut oil and combine it with Erythritol and vanilla extract.
In large bowl combine dry ingredients, coconut flakes, almond flour, sea salt, then pour over wet ingredients and mix till everything combine.
Press the coconut mixture down flat into the loaf pan and place it into the freezer for 10 -15 minutes to set.
Meanwhile, in a water bath, melt dark chocolate.
From coconut ray cut 9 piece bars, then let each cover in dark chocolate and set on side or place in fridge for the next 10 minutes.
