In small bowl combine olive oil with pressed garlic, salt & pepper mix well and brush bread slices on both sides within and place on large baking sheet. Toasted bread until golden brown, 5 to 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, in one bowl add sliced tomatoes with chopped onion, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, fresh basil and season with salt & pepper.
Spoon tomato mixture on each toasted bread and serve with some extra fresh basil on top.
