Vegan Bruschetta

This Vegan Bruschetta is easy to make at home. Bruschetta is a classic Italian appetizer, toasted bread is topped with tomatoes and light balsamic vinegar dressing. This appetizer is easy, dedicates, and so aromatic.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 large Baguette
  • 3 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 cup Tomatoes
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 1 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
  • 1 cup Basil
  • Salt &Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 180 °C.
  • In small bowl combine olive oil with pressed garlic, salt & pepper mix well and brush bread slices on both sides within and place on large baking sheet. Toasted bread until golden brown, 5 to 10 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, in one bowl add sliced tomatoes with chopped onion, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, fresh basil and season with salt & pepper.
  • Spoon tomato mixture on each toasted bread and serve with some extra fresh basil on top.
  • Enjoy!
