1 cup Pasta 1/2 cup Green peas 1 tbsp Olive oil 1 Vegan chicken Like a meat 1 medium Onion 1 cup Mushroom Pinch of Salt 1 tbsp Sriracha 1 tbsp Soy sauce 1 cup Lamb‘s lettuce Vegan Parmesan
Cook your pasta in a salt water as long as the instruction said. And 5 minutes before the cooking end, add frozen peas.
In wok heat olive oil, add Vegan chicken with sliced onion and mushrooms. Season with salt sriracha and soy sauce and let cooked for 6 minutes.
In the bowl add your pasta with vegan chicken and some Lamb‘s lettuce.
Top with vegan Parmesan & Enjoy!
