Vegan Chocolate cookies

This Vegan Chocolate cookies are so yummy. The secret ingredients are chickpeas and of course a lot of chocolate. These cookies are so soft and fluffy.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 can Chickpeas
  • 1/2 cup Cacao powder
  • 1/2 cup Peanut butter
  • 1 cup Maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp Baking powder
  • 1 tbsp Cinnamon
  • 1/3 cup Almond milk
  • 1/2 cup White chocolate chip

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven at 180 °C
  • In food processor add chickpeas, cacao powder, peanut butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract, baking powder, cinnamon and pour over almond milk. Mix well until all ingredients combine into the dough.
  • Drop rounded tablespoons of cookie dough onto a baking sheet. Add some white chocolate chips on each cookie.
  • Baked for 10 minutes at 180 °C
  • Remove from the oven and let cool on the baking sheet for at least 10 minutes.
  • Enjoy
