This Vegan Chocolate cookies are so yummy. The secret ingredients are chickpeas and of course a lot of chocolate. These cookies are so soft and fluffy.

In food processor add chickpeas, cacao powder, peanut butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract, baking powder, cinnamon and pour over almond milk. Mix well until all ingredients combine into the dough.
Drop rounded tablespoons of cookie dough onto a baking sheet. Add some white chocolate chips on each cookie.
Baked for 10 minutes at 180 °C
Remove from the oven and let cool on the baking sheet for at least 10 minutes.
