Vegan Oats bars

Vegan Oats bars are great for snacks at any time. They are full of nutrition and give us energy for the whole day.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp ashwagandha
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp collagen powder
  • 4 tbsp coconut oil
  • Pinch of sea salt

Topping

  • 1/2 cup melted dark chocolate

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients in food processer and mix till everything combine.
  • In baking form, place backing paper and spread the dough inside to cover all the corners.
  • Place it in the fridge for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, melt dark chocolate in double boiler. 
  • Spread melted dark chocolate over oats bars. Then place one more time in fridge, at least for 15 minutes.
  • Sliced them in rectangles and enjoy!
