Spliced red pepper onion in smaller pieces and add into the baking from. Sliced top of garlic head and place into the form (optional you can wrap it into the baking wrap.) season with salt, pepper, add thyme pour over olive oil and baked 25–30 minutes until red pepper is roasted well.
Meanwhile, cook pasta according to package instructions; drain, toss in a touch of olive oil, cover with a towel and set aside.
After baking time add red pepper with onion into the food processor with your hands press garlic head in to the food processor, pour over vegetables stock and mix until smooth.
Add red pepper sauce into the pasta and top with some scallions or tomatoes.
