Zucchini rolls
This Zucchini rolls are so easy and perfect for snack time. You need just two mean ingredients which is tofu and zucchini, and you are ready to roll it up. This recipe I made with some homemade hummus and fresh tomatoes.

1 long Zucchini 1 Tofu 1 tbsp Sesame oil 1 tbsp Soy sauce 1 tbsp Red pepper powder Optional 1 cup Hummus 2 medium Tomatoes
Sliced tofu in bigger squares. In bowl add sesame oil, soy sauce and red pepper powder with tofu and let it sit around 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, slice the zucchini lengthwise, using a swivel vegetable peeler.
Grill each sliced of zucchini on hand gill for about 2 minutes each side. Then also grill tofu around 2–3 minutes each side.
On skewers add two to three squares of tofu and roll it with zucchini on top
Serve with some hummus and tomatoes.
