Nori sandwich
This TikTok hack to make sandwiches is so easy that I try it with Nori sandwich as well. You can use any filling what you like. I used rice, grilled tofu, sprout, and some lettuce. This sandwich is so good and full of nutrition that if you try it, you will make it every day.
Why we love Nori sandwich
We love this sandwich because it’s so yummy. Normally, I make it with leftover rice, or I make in my week preparation some rice extra. You can use any topping you like I made my with vegan option, but you can use fish or any other vegetables like cucumber, or pepper.

They are one of the seaweed. Nori is high in iodine, and contains vitamins and minerals. Supports gut health, they are rich in antioxidants and improve heart health. They are lower calories, and perfect to use as a top of dishes.

How to make Nori sandwich
Rinse the rice under cold water until the water runs clear. In a medium saucepan, bring the water to a boil. Add the salt, stir, and then add the rinsed and drained rice. Reduce the heat to low, cover, and let simmer for 20 minutes.
Meanwhile, heat an oil on pan and grill tofu from both side around 5 minutes, or until get brown color. To assemble, place a sheet of nori, shiny side down, on your work surface. Using the tip of a sharp knife or scissors, cut a slit from the center of the sheet to the left of it.
Spread a square of rice on the bottom left quarter of the nori sheet. Be sure to leave a border around. Then on the top left quarter, add grilled tofu with some sriracha. On the top right quarter place sprouts. On the bottom right quarter, add lettuce and some scallions.
Fold the nori from the bottom left quarter of rice over and on top of the top left quarter of tofu. Now fold downwards to the top right, over the sprouts, then fold towards the bottom right on the lettuce. Make as many sandwiches you like. Enjoy!
