I love a carrots salad and this one, I got inspired from Asian cuisine. Dressing is a combination of sweet and sour, with a touch of soy sauce.

Ingredients for Carrot salad
Carrots โ It wouldn’t be carrot salad without carrots. However, try to buy bio or carrots from your local farmers market. I already show you why we love carrots and why we should add them in our daily intake. This salad recipe, it’s really easy way.
Celery โ Celery add a little crunch in the salad and of course make it more nutrition. They proved us with a lot of minerals. It helps in anti-inflammatory, help lowers blood pressure, help with kidney, gall stones and is high in calcium.
Onion โ Onion are great to boost our immunity and help to fight cancer, they support oral health and brain function. They help our hair to growth faster and our healthy vision.
Asian dressing โ this dressing is so delicate, you will use Lime, Olive oil or if you have Peanut oil, Garlic, Parsley, Soy sauce, Rice syrup o honey and a little Thyme.

Ingredients
- 1 cup Carrots
- 1 cup Celery
- 1 medium Onion
- 1/2 cup Parsley
- 1 tbsp thyme
Asiansalad dressing
- 1 small Lime
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 small Garlic
- 3 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Rice syrup
Instructions
- Peel carrots and then use a food processor to cut allcarrots in small. Sliced celery and onion in small.
- For Asian salad dressing combine lime, olive oil, pressed garlic, soy sauce, rice syrup and mix really well.
- Combine salad with the dressing and on top use parsley and thyme.
