Dark chocolate โ Use your favorite chocolate, what you have home
Pistachio butter โ you can buy or make one by your self.
Fresh pistachio – The icing on the cake is crunchy Pistachios on top
How to make a Pistachio cups
Arrange mini cupcake liners on a plate or fill a mini cupcake pan with the liners, if you have one. Melt the chocolate in a double boiler or in the microwave. Fill the bottom of each cup with 1 teaspoon of the melted chocolate. Add a small spoon of Pistachio butter in the middle, ย then top it with another teaspoon of the chocolate. Sprinkle a some Pistachio nuts on top. Freeze Pistachio cup around 30 minutes or till they are set.
Store them in the refrigerator and enjoy this treat up to 3 weeks.
