Sea Moss – This oceanic treasure, known as sea moss, truly embodies the magic of sea vegetables. You’ll be pleasantly surprised by its unique flavor and texture when enjoyed raw.

Marinade – This marinade is a game-changer. It’s an exquisite blend of rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, soy sauce, and olive oil that brings out an irresistible flavor. Salad – The choice of salad ingredients is entirely yours. My preference leans towards a simple and refreshing combination of arugula, cucumber, red onion, and scallions. Nonetheless, you’re encouraged to get creative and incorporate any veggies you have on hand.

Peanut Butter Dressing – The allure of this salad dressing is simply undeniable. The presence of peanut butter adds a delightful hint of Asian flair to the dish and its rich, nutty flavor is absolutely captivating. Do give this dressing a try – it promises to be a mind-blowing experience.

How to make Sea moss salad

Start by preparing the marinade. In a medium-sized bowl, combine the rice vinegar, sesame oil, minced garlic, olive oil, and soy sauce. Stir until well mixed.

Add the raw sea moss to the marinade, ensuring that it’s fully immersed. Allow it to marinate for 15 minutes to absorb all the flavors.

While the sea moss is marinating, you can prepare your salad. In a large bowl, combine the arugula, thinly sliced cucumber, red onion, and chopped scallions.

After marinating, add the sea moss to your salad, ensuring to spread it evenly over the top.

For the peanut butter dressing, combine all the ingredients in a small mason jar. Secure the lid tightly and shake well until the mixture is thoroughly emulsified.

Drizzle the peanut butter dressing over the salad and sea moss, and you’re ready to indulge in this delicious and nutrient-rich meal. Enjoy!
