Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup Oats
  • 1 tbsp Rice syrup
  • can Coconut milk
  • ½ cup Vegan yogurt
  • 1 tbsp Matcha powder

Instructions
 

  • In mason jar add oats with rice syrup then pour over coconut milk and stir well. Closed the lid and let it sit in the fridge for 3 hours or overnight.
  • In a small bowl, mix vegan yogurt with matcha and rice syrup. Add it on top of overnight oats.
  • Top with some fresh mint leaves.
  • Enjoy
