This Creamy vegan orzo pasta with green peas and leek is so easy one-pot pasta, perfect for dinner time. This dish is done in 25 minutes and has a great health benefits for our body thanks to a lot of greens like leek, green peas, onion, and garlic. Plus, for extra taste, it's make with a glass of white wine. ;)

Prep your veggies: sliced onion, garlic, and leek in small.
In pot heat oil, add onion and simmer for 3 minutes until onion soften but donβt get brown, add garlic with white wine and let the wine simmer until liquid disappear. Then add leek, orzo, vegetables stock, salt, and pepper. Bring everything to boiled, then turn heat on medium and let it cooked 15 minutes.
The last 5 minutes before end time, add frozen green peas with parsley and sage powder and vegan butter.
