How to make Creamy vegan orzo

Prep your veggies: sliced onion, garlic, and leek in small.

In pot heat oil, add onion and simmer for 3 minutes until onion soften but donโ€™t get brown, add garlic with white wine and let the wine simmer until liquid disappear. Then add leek, orzo, vegetables stock, salt, and pepper. Bring everything to boiled, then turn heat on medium and let it cooked 15 minutes.

Creamy vegan orzo

The last 5 minutes before end time, add frozen green peas with parsley and sage powder and vegan butter. Serve immediately with some extra green lettuce. Enjoy!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Garlic
  • 1/2 glass White wine
  • 1 cup Leek
  • 1 cup Orzo pasta
  • 600 ml Vegetables stock
  • 1 cup Green peas
  • 1 tbsp sage
  • 1 tbsp Vegan butter
  • Parsley
