This Cress sandwich is so dedicates. I made vegan versions of cress dip with vegan cream cheese. Plus, the combination of French bread with creamy cress dip and crunchy nuts with some green spinach is perfection. This sandwich is perfect for lunch or light dinner.

Ingredients
  

Garden Cress dip

  • 1 cup Vegan cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Garden Cress
  • 1 Scallions
  • 1 Garlic
  • Salt & Pepper

Cress sandwich

  • 2 small French breads
  • 1/2 cup Cilantro
  • 1/2 cup Spinach
  • Nuts

Instructions
 

  • In bowl mix vegan cream cheese with olive oil, cress, scallions, pressed garlic, and salt & pepper.
  • Sliced French bread in half and spread the cress dip around. Add spinach, cilantro, and nuts of your choose on the top.
  • Enjoy
