I had the fresh French bread at the home, and I was craving something crunchy creamy and soft. This is really one of my favorite recipe what I create. It’s so dedicates and creamy. In bowl mix vegan cream cheese with olive oil, cress, scallions, pressed garlic, and salt & pepper. Sliced French bread in half and spread the cress dip around. Add spinach, cilantro, and nuts of your choose on the top. Enjoy

  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Garden Cress
  • 1 Scallions
  • 1 Garlic
  • Salt & Pepper

Cress sandwich

  • 2 small French breads
  • 1/2 cup Cilantro
  • 1/2 cup Spinach
  • Nuts

Instructions
 

  • In bowl mix vegan cream cheese with olive oil, cress, scallions, pressed garlic, and salt & pepper.
