2 large Eggs 1 medium Zucchini 1 small Onion 1/2 cup Cilantro
Sliced onion in small, in a pan add 1 tbsp olive oil then add onion and let simmer till it soften but don't get brown color.
Add zucchini noodle and let cooked for 5 minutes. Make two nests from zucchini noodles and in the middle pour each egg.
Let cooked around 10 minutes or till egg white are cooked.
Serve immediately with some cilantro on top and slicedbread.
