Egg nests are so dedicates and with combination of the beautiful green color and great health benefits from zucchini can we enjoy an easy special breakfast.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 medium Zucchini
  • 1 small Onion
  • 1/2 cup Cilantro

Instructions
 

  • Sliced onion in small, in a pan add 1 tbsp olive oil then add onion and let simmer till it soften but don't get brown color.
  • Add zucchini noodle and let cooked for 5 minutes. Make two nests from zucchini noodles and in the middle pour each egg.
  • Let cooked around 10 minutes or till egg white are cooked.
  • Serve immediately with some cilantro on top and slicedbread.
