This recipe is so tasty and combination of zucchini noodles with eggs is a perfection. Everyone loves pasta, and zucchini noodles for breakfast is just poor comfort food.

How to make zucchini noodles

There  are many ways what can help you make zucchini noodles, for example Spiralizer is the most popular one. Also, you can use julienne peeler, Kitchen aid. I use nicer dicer. Nowadays, you can buy zucchini noodles already made in the store, so it’s up to you for which option you decide.

Ingredients for Egg nets

Eggs โ€“ Eggs are great source of protein and breakfast with eggs is somehow just a perfection.
Normally I eat eggs on the weekend. During the week, I do something fast or my overnight oats, that’s why I love this recipe because it makes my special breakfast looks and taste dedicates

Zucchini  โ€“ Zucchini is incredible vegetables from which we can make so many of this as a noodle or lasagna. This recipe is just the perfect  breakfast or brunch idea.

Onion โ€“ Use white or red onion. Onion help us keep our over health.

Cilantro โ€“ Cilantro bring a great taste to this recipe if you don’t like cilantro taste, you can still use parsley.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 medium Zucchini
  • 1 small Onion
  • 1/2 cup Cilantro

Instructions
 

  • Sliced onion in small, in a pan add 1 tbsp olive oil then add onion and let simmer till it soften but don't get brown color.
  • Add zucchini noodle and let cooked for 5 minutes. Make two nests from zucchini noodles and in the middle pour each egg.
  • Let cooked around 10 minutes or till egg white are cooked.
  • Serve immediately with some cilantro on top and slicedbread.
