Peel and sliced onion with garlic in small piece. Peel and sliced potatoes in small squares.
In a large pot heat an oil, add onion and simmer for 3 minutes until onion soften but don‘t get brown. Then add garlic and season with turmeric, nutmeg salt & pepper. Add sliced potato and pour over vegetables stock.
Bring everything to boil, then turn heat on medium and let cooked 30 minutes until potatoes are cooked.
