How to make Garlic soup

Peel and sliced onion with garlic in small piece. Peel and sliced potatoes in small squares. In a large pot heat an oil, add onion and simmer for 3 minutes until onion soften but donโ€˜t get brown. Then add garlic and season with turmeric, nutmeg salt & pepper. Add sliced potato and pour over vegetables stock. Bring everything to boil, then turn heat on medium and let cooked 30 minutes until potatoes are cooked.
Top with some scallions & Enjoy

  • 6 cloves Garlic
  • 2 medium Onions
  • 1 tbsp Turmeric
  • 1 tbsp nutmeg
  • 1 cup potatoes
  • 800 ml Vegetables stock

Optional

  • 1 Scallion

Instructions
