Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Green peas
  • 1/3 cup Chives
  • 1/3 cup Parsley
  • 3 tbsp Vegan yogurt

Optional

  • Sprouts

Instructions
 

  • In sauce bowl build water, add frozen green peas, then turn heat on medium and let cooked 5 to 9 minutes until green peas soften.
  • In a big bowl add cooked green peas and with a fork brake it down to the mixture. Add salt pepper chopped chives and parsley, then add vegan yogurt and mix well until all ingredients combine.
  • Spread this fresh green peas on bread of your choice and optional top with some sprouts.
  • Enjoy.
