In sauce bowl build water, add frozen green peas, then turn heat on medium and let cooked 5 to 9 minutes until green peas soften. In a big bowl add cooked green peas and with a fork brake it down to the mixture. Add salt pepper chopped chives and parsley, then add vegan yogurt and mix well until all ingredients combine.
Spread this fresh green peas on bread of your choice and optional top with some sprouts. Enjoy.
