This Kimchi sandwich is so tasty. Fresh grilled bread with tofu, tasty vegetables in soy sauce and kimchi. Kimchi is a traditional Korean dish made with salted fermented vegetables, and provide us with great health benefits. This sandwich is a great option for lunch.

On baking sheet place baking paper. Tofu sliced in half and place on baking sheet. Season with red pepper powder, garlic powder and soy sauce. Multigrain bread sliced in half and place next to the tofu on baking sheets. Let it baked for 5 minutes, then set on the side.
Meanwhile, in a large bowl, add Olive oil with Soy sauce, and Salt. Peel carrot and cucumber and place in to the bowl.
For your sandwich first place tofu then kimchi, cucumber with carrots, bok choy avocado. On top of avocado, press some lemon juice. Enjoy!
